Mental Health Counselor - Full Time
Description:
Provide direct care and crisis intervention with mental health and substance abuse patients. Two full time positions are available: one will work day/evening shifts, the other will work overnight shifts. Both of these positions will include rotating 2 of 3 weekends.
The preferred candidates will be able to facilitate or co-facilitate groups with mental health and substance abuse patients. At minimum, candidates will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. The preferred candidates will be Bachelor’s prepared in a Human Services field with at least 1 year of experience working on an inpatient unit with adults with substance abuse and/or mental health diagnoses.
